Re-admission Application Form.
This application form will take approximately 25 minutes to complete.
Please have the following readily available your:
- Parent/Guardian details if you're under 18
- Unique Student Identifier (USI)
- Education history or a valid English test result (e.g., IELTS)
- Identify and proof of residency documents
You will also be asked four suitability questions. Please be sure to consider and respond to these questions thoughtfully. The quality of your answers (including grammar, spelling and punctuation) are important, as they will be evaluated and impact your application.
